At Axel's of Vail, we take pride in the quality of our luxury apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Ship to Vail

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned merchandise to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
